About
A class for the people in a home.
Gun Safety Class teaches what public health bodies and the firearm industry's own safety programs already agree on: firearms not in use are locked and unloaded, ammunition is locked apart, children cannot reach the keys, and someone asks before a child visits. It adds the help numbers every home should know.
How it is made
Every fact is a quoted line from a named source (the AAP, the CDC, NSSF's Project ChildSafe, the NRA's published rules, the TSA, the 988 Lifeline and the Veterans Crisis Line), with the page's own date and the date we read it. The NRA's and NSSF's rules are quoted as theirs. The site takes no side on gun ownership or gun laws.
What it is not
Not a certified class. It does not satisfy any permit, license, carry, purchase or hunter-education requirement, and it is not legal or medical advice. It is not a crisis service, sells no products, and has no staff who will contact you. It runs by itself.
The public reading pages carry one banner ad from AdEngine, WeldonPC’s own small ad network; for now it shows WeldonPC’s own services. Help now, the hard-times lesson, the Walk-through and your binder never show it. Details: Privacy, Advertising.
